Who we are

Randalls Rewards is operated by R.W. Randall (Vautier Street) Limited, trading as Randalls Brewery, of Vautier Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4YL. When this policy says “Randalls”, “we”, or “us”, it means this company.

What data we collect

  • Account information — your name and email address when you register.
  • Purchase history — stamps earned and cashback accrued at Randalls venues.
  • App activity — pages visited, rewards redeemed, and QR code scans within the app.
  • Device information — app version and operating system, used to diagnose technical issues.

How we use your data

  • To operate your Randalls Rewards account and track your stamps, cashback, and tier status.
  • To send you transactional messages (e.g. account confirmation, magic-link sign-in codes).
  • To send you rewards-related communications, where you have opted in.
  • To improve the app and diagnose technical issues.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising outside of Randalls venues and the Randalls Rewards programme.

How long we keep your data

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or tax purposes.

You have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
